Softnest

“A fragile, unearthly prettiness has come out in Laura: she is like a piece of translucent glass touched by light, given a momentary radiance, not actual, not lasting.”
from the play by Tennessee Williams, The Glass Menagerie
Softnest and fragility.
The white dress surrounds the body and plays with transparency and layering to create this look. It is made in zero waste principle from one uncut piece of fabric. White ruffled skirt adds volume styled as the skirt or the top.

”Take me to the moon” 2025 collection

“A true creativity is never expressed in just one way - it is born from the meeting of different worlds. This year, for example, a collection emerged precisely from such a meeting: the one created by Anja Matičič (designer) and Alma Lovrenčič (artist), who combined their languages and visions to give life to something unique.

of movement, emotion, and transformation.
This collection invites the wearer to step into a world where clothing is not just an outfit, but an experience.

The weaves between fantasy and reality

Three outfits from design collections came together in one fashion editorial with the photographer
Isa who described this project as:
The fashion and art world is a form of escapism. We are drawn towards creation and adapt to new forms of reality that are applicable to the
world’s current trends and patterns.
This project celebrates Anja’s creativity for producing garments that are both unique and forward thinking in design, by weaving
together parts of reality with the fantastical.
The garments suggest those who wear it are captains of their own universe, not captives. We live in fantasy but are not immune to our harsh environment.
